- Certificate management software
- A platform for creating, distributing, storing, and verifying digital training certificates at scale, typically with templates, bulk import, and email delivery.
- Bulk certificate generation
- The process of producing many personalized certificates from one template and a recipient list, usually via CSV or Excel import.
- QR certificate verification
- Using a QR code printed on a certificate to open an official online verification page that confirms credential authenticity.
- Verification token
- A secure random string in a certificate URL that allows public verification without exposing guessable certificate IDs.
- Course completion certificate
- A credential documenting that a learner finished a training program, course, or workshop.
- Certificate template
- A reusable design file with placeholders for dynamic fields such as recipient name, course title, and date.
- Dynamic field
- A variable on a certificate template filled automatically from recipient data during generation.
- Certificate campaign
- A batch job in Certify.App that links one template, one recipient list, and one issuance run.
- Public verify page
- A web page where anyone can confirm a certificate using a QR code or secure link, without logging in.
- Certificate ID
- A unique reference code displayed on a certificate for support and record-keeping; may be separate from the verification token.
- Verification analytics
- Metrics showing when and how often issued certificates are checked online.
- Digital credential
- An electronic record of achievement, often a PDF with verification metadata, as opposed to a paper document only.
- Training institute
- An organization that delivers vocational, professional, or skills-based training and issues completion certificates.
- LMS export
- A CSV or Excel file exported from a Learning Management System containing learner completion data for certificate import.
- Email delivery
- Sending generated certificate PDFs to recipients via email, typically with an attached file and verification link.
- Branded certificate
- A certificate design incorporating an organization's logo, colors, and typography.
- Certificate fraud
- Forgery or misrepresentation of training credentials, mitigated by online verification and secure links.
- Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
- A contract defining how a certificate platform processes personal data on behalf of a training organization under GDPR.
- Verification log
- A record of verification events for audit and analytics purposes.
- REST API verification
- Programmatic certificate lookup via HTTP API, used to integrate verification into LMS, HRIS, or custom applications.
